5.) The Program Must Teach Proper Movement Before Adding Weight. There are a few basic movements that the body should be able to perform. These include squats, single leg squats/lunges and pushing and pulling with the upper body. You need to learn the movements before adding weight to them. Bad movements = injury sooner or later!
