Why Indoor Bootcamps Are Better
The “traditional” model of fitness boot camp is coined from the militay bootcamp model where recruits are put through a tough time in the wild outdoors. Rain, snow, mosquitoes and and mud are part of the old fashioned “boot camp” experience.
But I don’t believe this is the best way to do things. It may work in other countries where there is beautiful temperate weather and dry, sunny skies.
